Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, preferably with its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after we have received and inspected the returned item.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the issue has been verified, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

For items valued at more than €75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of shipment.
